A special guest chef will be cooking up a storm on board Leader as part of a new initiative launching later this year.
The Trinity Sailing Foundation has teamed-up with the Torbay tourist board — and a host of other local businesses — to join a new a new promotional fortnight focusing on Torbay’s rich and diverse seafood industry. Guest chef Ash Hamilton — owner of Brixham restaurant The Curious Kitchen — will be cooking up an exclusive three-course fish feast on board the 1892-built sailing trawler.
For £145, up to 12 guests are invited to spend the night on board between Saturday, September 29 and Sunday, September 30, boarding and departing in Brixham. This includes lunch each day, Ash’s Seafood Feast, and a smoked salmon breakfast.
The event coincides with England’s Seafood FEAST — running between Saturday 22nd September and Sunday 7th October — where businesses across Torbay are inviting people to enjoy some of the best seafood in the world and experiencing the very best the English Riviera has to offer.
