As a small hard-working charity we focus as much time as possible on delivering our charitable aims – to help young people develop and thrive through the experience and benefits of life at sea and to ensure the survival of the historic vessels in our care.
What this means in practice is that we rely on the generosity of others to help achieve those aims – from our Patrons and Trustees, to our funder’s and sponsors and our network of volunteers – they all play a crucial role. You too might be able to help and there’s lots of ways you can do this…
Offer your time – volunteer in the office or on the vessels
There’s plenty of ways you can get involved with Trinity and really make a difference – please go to our page on volunteering opportunities to find out more. Please get in touch if you think you have time or skills you can offer Trinity.
Donate office or vessel equipment
If you work for a business or organisation that is looking to renew or upgrade its equipment, then please consider if we might be able to make use of it.
By donating your equipment or materials to Trinity you can help us save money which increases the amount we can invest in our charitable activities.
If you are thinking of replacing equipment or have any materials spare (no matter how small) please get in touch, you never know we might be able to make good use of it!
Spread the word…
It sounds obvious but if you enjoyed a sailing holiday or cruise, or you really benefited from one of our sail training experiences please make sure you tell us but, more importantly, please tell your family and friends.
